Had to made to wait 45mins before I can check in to my room.
The make up room was terrible. The cleaning was NOT done up properly. Bedsheet not changed, toilet necessities not top up.

The hotel is in a good location, the service staff is very friendly, it is close to the beach, there is a private swimming pool and gym, the buffet breakfast is just average, and the room is okay.

Very disappointed, the air conditioning is dripping with water... The pump of the heater in the toilet is spoiled, make a request to change rooms ,but they mentioned only can get ppl to fix it... Anyway it's still the same and unfixed... I didn't get to wash my hair for 3 nights... A very hard day to sleep with a condition like this.
On the second day of room cleaning, I saw they did not throw away the rubbish in the toilet and the mini table with our food left yesterday is not clear, I requested them to clean it... But... Four days staying... The food is still left there even after the 3rd day room service is done, it still hasn't been cleared.

This hotel in both external building and the guest rooms need a serious makeover. It is in terrible condition considering the price we paid. During our 1 day stay, luckyly is just only one day, both service lifts were placed under maintenance (we can't understand why it needed to maintain both lifts the same time and left hotel guests to climb up the stairs with bulky luggage or used the fire lift which is far away from our room. ). The washing basin in our room was extremely dirty with stain and rust. We not even want to use it. (I took a photo if you need one). I think you should not recommend any of your good customer to stay there. Trip.com ought to do an audit if you have done so for long.

Passenger lifts were down during our 4 days stay.
Total black out in the middle of the night of about 2hours on our last night.
Food variations were almost the same for breakfast.
The bed and pillows were not that clean.
Our bedroom was in a "run down" shape and was not being renovated / renew like other nearby old resorts.
